Responsibilities

• Assisting chefs and kitchen staff with food prep, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
• Preparing ingredients and assisting in assembling dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Stocking supplies and notifying management when inventory levels are low.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Supporting with plating and presentation of dishes when needed.
• Handling waste disposal and recycling processes responsibly.
• Assisting with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and preparing the kitchen for service.
• Working collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.

Requirements
